MORE ABOUT FLOATING THE WILLAMETTE RIVER

The Willamette River is a beautiful waterway that travels through 7 counties and 19 cities in our home state of Oregon.  It is said that 70% of Oregons population lives within 20 miles of the Willamette, making it near and dear to our hearts.  It is the largest river entirely within Oregon and  was named for a tribal word thought to mean "spill water" for the waterfall near Oregon City.
